This flatbread pizza dough is ideal for people that don’t have time to wait for a traditional yeast dough to rise. Our recipe is enough for two large flatbread pizzas, but feel free to half the recipe if necessary.

Flatbread Pizza Dough Recipe (No Yeast)
A luxurious Flatbread Pizza Dough with No Yeast recipe that pairs two kinds of flour with a decadent butter and milk mixture.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line two pizza pans with parchment paper.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Warm up milk and butter in a microwave or in a small pot on the stove until the butter is just melted, not boiling.
Thoroughly incorporate the warm milk mixture with your dry ingredients using a rubber spatula.
Prepare a large cutting board or clean countertop with a light layer of all-purpose flour, and knead your dough for about 5 minutes or until smooth.
Let the dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes, covered with a lightweight kitchen towel or plastic wrap.
Divide the dough and roll it out until it is large enough to fit on your pizza pans, it should be roughly one quarter to one half inch thick.
Prebake the dough for a few minutes so that it sets, then add your favorite pizza toppings and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes until the crust has crisped to your liking.
You can use a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment if you don’t want to knead the dough by hand.
Feel free to use gluten-free flour substitutes to make a gluten-free flatbread dough.
