I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to find the perfect recipe for garlic truffle fries. I’ve tried different versions of this delicious side dish, but none were as good as they should be. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a light garlic flavor that is complemented by a robust truffle oil drizzle. It doesn’t get any better than this!
