1 lb Ground Beef 1 White Onion, small and diced 14 oz Can Tomato Sauce ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon Sugar ¼ cup Beef Broth 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, extra virgin , Salt to taste , Black Pepper to taste
