Tiramisu is one of the most famous Italian desserts, and if you haven’t tried it yet, you absolutely should. The original recipe is prepared with ladyfinger biscuits, but we bring you an equally tasty version with a basic sponge cake enriched with cocoa powder. The cake has a final layer of a thick mascarpone cream, topped with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings. You can prepare it for any occasion and garnish it with colorful sprinkles for your kids’ birthdays or different pipe chocolate garnishes for other special events.
