Alfredo Sauce Recipe
A luxurious alfredo sauce recipe which pairs Parmigiano Reggiano with a heavy cream to make a decadent pasta sauce.

½ cup Butter 2 cups Heavy Cream 2 Garlic Cloves , minced 2 cups Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese , grated 1 tablespoon Parsley , fresh, chopped Black Pepper , to taste
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and saute for about a minute.
Slowly whisk in heavy cream and reduce the heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in parsley. Season with black pepper.
Serve with your favorite pasta and enjoy.
If the sauce comes out too thick, you can add some milk. If you would like it to be thicker, add more grated Parmigiano and let it stand for a couple of minutes before serving .
You can use Alfredo sauce as a marinade, dressing for salads, pasta, casseroles, etc.
