- 5 cups Spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, + ½ cup, dry, shredded
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 20 oz Chicken Soup, cream
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked, diced
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water.
Drain the pasta 3 minutes before the time indicated on the package instructions and return it to the pot.
Add diced chicken, 1 cup of dry mozzarella, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle it with grated Parmigiano cheese and ½ cup dry mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 4 to 5 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
- You can replace dry mozzarella with cheddar cheese.
