In two separate bowls, divide the egg yolk and egg whites.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar into egg whites and whisk until stiff peaks form.
Add 3 tablespoons into egg yolks and whisk until you obtain a pale and thick cream.
Stir in mascarpone cheese until well combined and homogeneous.
Add the mascarpone and mix together until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add whisked egg whites into the mascarpone mixture and fold them in gently.
Dip each Ladyfingers into coffee for 2 seconds on each side.
Cover the bottom of the dish with soaked Ladyfingers.
Cover them with half of the mascarpone mixture and spread it evenly.
Cover the cream with another soaked Ladyfingers layer, and then add another layer of mascarpone cream.
Cover the dish with plastic foil and let it refrigerate overnight.
Dust tiramisu with cocoa powder and serve.
