Warm up milk and butter in a microwave or in a small pot on the stove until the butter is just melted, not boiling.
Thoroughly incorporate the warm milk mixture with your dry ingredients using a rubber spatula.
Prepare a large cutting board or clean countertop with a light layer of all-purpose flour, and knead your dough for about 5 minutes or until smooth.
Let the dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes, covered with a lightweight kitchen towel or plastic wrap.
Divide the dough and roll it out until it is large enough to fit on your pizza pans, it should be roughly one quarter to one half inch thick.
Prebake the dough for a few minutes so that it sets, then add your favorite pizza toppings and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes until the crust has crisped to your liking.
