- 1 loaf Sandwich Bread, thick-cut
- 2 teaspoons Truff’s White Truffle Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves, finely grated
- 6 ounces Butter, unsalted and at room temperature
- ¼ cup Parsley, freshly chopped
- 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the butter, dried seasonings, garlic, and Truff’s White Truffle Oil in a small bowl.
Spray a large 9 X 13 inch rimmed baking sheet and lay as many bread slices on the pan as you can without letting them overlap.
Use a butter knife and distribute the garlic butter evenly on each slice.
Bake for about 12 minutes (flipping them over halfway through) or until the bread is toasted and the butter has melted.
Add the fresh parsley and a very light drizzle of truffle oil on each slice of toast just before serving.
- You can opt to use French bread and cut the loaf in half lengthwise.
- Use a microplane to grate the garlic.
