Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until lightly golden.
Add bacon and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir in ground beef and pork. Season with salt and white pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Blend with wine and cook until it evaporates.
Simmer on medium-low heat for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta and drain 1 minute before the time indicated on the package instructions.
Add Black Truffle Pomodoro Sauce, ½ cup of pasta cooking water, and stir well to combine. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in fettuccine and divide into plates.
Serve and enjoy.
