Prepare the filling by placing pear, mascarpone, and Parmigiano in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each pasta wrapper.
Pull up all the sides to make a purse shape. Press the dough at the neck of the “purse” and repeat with the remaining wrappers.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook them for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon and transfer them onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for a couple of minutes, until lightly browned.
Serve drizzled with balsamic vinegar glaze and sprinkled with toasted pine nuts.
Notes
For more flavor, add toasted chopped nuts like almonds or walnuts.
You can also serve them with cooking cream, Italian seasoning, and grated cheese sauce.
