- 2 whole Peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
Puree the peaches in a blender until smooth.
Add a tablespoon of peach puree to a chilled champagne flute.
Slowly pour the Prosecco into the glass until about ¾ full.
Garnish with a fresh slice of peach and serve immediately.
- You can substitute Prosecco with either Franciacorta or Moscato d’Asti to get a similar flavor profile.
- If peaches aren’t in season, simply purchase a peach puree for your Bellini.
- Feel free to add raspberries or cherries to your drink if you want something to contrast the peach flavor.
