Spritz Veneziano Recipe
A luxurious Spritz Veneziano recipe that pairs iced soda water with a decadent sparkling wine.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces Prosecco
- 4 ounces Aperol
- 2 ounces Soda Water
- Ice Cubes
- Orange Slices, optional garnish
Instructions
- Fill two wine glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour three ounces of Prosecco into a glass, then stir in two ounces of Aperol and one ounce of soda water.
- Repeat step two to fill the other glass.
Notes
- You can substitute Prosecco with either Franciacorta or Moscato d’Asti to get a similar flavor profile.
- If you want to taste more of the Prosecco or more of the Aperol, adjust the recipe amounts accordingly.
