Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil, and cook your pasta until it’s cooked to your liking (or al dente).
Next, roast the asparagus in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for around 15 minutes or until slightly charred.
In a small bowl, make your dressing by adding a splash of olive oil, and combining it with the lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, fresh parsley, and the honey. Set it off to one side.
Once your pasta is cooked, remove from the heat, drain it, and set it aside to cool. Once cooled, add it to a large serving bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients (besides the dressing) to the bowl.
Give everything a gentle mix and then drizzle over your dressing, tossing until everything is well coated.
Do a taste test and add a little more salt and pepper if needed, and enjoy.
