- 1 Baguette, cut into ¼ inch slices
- Olive Oil
- Brie Cheese
- 10 Salami slices, cut into quarters
- 12 oz can Artichoke Hearts, chopped
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Salt , to taste
- Parsley, optional garnish
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Use silicone baking mats or parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
Brush a thin layer of olive oil on each slice of bread before placing it on the baking sheet.
Bake the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes until it is nicely toasted.
Take out of the oven and cool completely.
Add some cheese to each bread slice, season with salt and pepper, and then top with the salami and chopped artichoke hearts.
- You can use softened cream cheese as a substitute for brie.
- Sprinkle a touch of oregano on top of each salami and artichoke crostini for added flavor.
