Salami and Artichoke Crostini Recipe
A luxurious Salami and Artichoke Crostini recipe which pairs crusty bread with a decadent brie, salami, and artichoke topping.
Ingredients
- 1 Baguette, cut into ΒΌ inch slices
- Olive Oil
- Brie Cheese
- 10 Salami slices, cut into quarters
- 12 oz can Artichoke Hearts, chopped
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Salt , to taste
- Parsley, optional garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use silicone baking mats or parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
- Brush a thin layer of olive oil on each slice of bread before placing it on the baking sheet.
- Bake the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes until it is nicely toasted.
- Take out of the oven and cool completely.
- Add some cheese to each bread slice, season with salt and pepper, and then top with the salami and chopped artichoke hearts.
Notes
- You can use softened cream cheese as a substitute for brie.
- Sprinkle a touch of oregano on top of each salami and artichoke crostini for added flavor.
