Zabaglione is a decadent Italian dessert made with sugar, egg yolks, and sweet wine, which are then whipped into a custard-like consistency. Our recipe calls for Marsala wine, but feel free to use another sweet wine like Moscato. The best pairing for zabaglione is fresh strawberries. But if it is not strawberry season, you can serve it with other types of fruit.
