Ingredients
- 1 pound Mostaccioli Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 ¾ cups Pomodorini Tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons Calabrian Chili Paste
- 1 tablespoon Oregano, dried
- 1 tablespoon Butter, unsalted
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boiling point. Season with salt and add the pasta, cooking until al dente.
- Meanwhile, place a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Once the olive oil heats up, add tomatoes with ¼ cup water and let them simmer for a few minutes.
- Next, add oregano, Calabrian chili paste, and salt, and mix well. Let the sauce simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the unsalted butter and stir until it melts.
- Once the pasta is done, drain it then add it directly into the sauce.
- Add grated parmesan cheese and gently toss so that everything is well combined.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
