Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 pound Mostaccioli Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 ¾ cups Pomodorini Tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Calabrian Chili Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano, dried
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boiling point. Season with salt and add the pasta, cooking until al dente.
  • Meanwhile, place a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Once the olive oil heats up, add tomatoes with ¼ cup water and let them simmer for a few minutes.
  • Next, add oregano, Calabrian chili paste, and salt, and mix well. Let the sauce simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the unsalted butter and stir until it melts.
  • Once the pasta is done, drain it then add it directly into the sauce.
  • Add grated parmesan cheese and gently toss so that everything is well combined.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
