Copycat Ruby Tuesday Pasta Salad Recipe
A luxurious Copycat Ruby Tuesday Pasta Salad recipe which pairs rotini pasta with a decadent creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces Peas, frozen
- 1 pound Rotini Noodles
- ¼ cup Buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Parmesan, for garnish
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces Ham, diced
Instructions
- Boil the rotini noodles according to the package instructions.
- To halt the cooking process, drain thoroughly and rinse with cold water.
- After rinsing, leave it in the sink to drain.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, buttermilk, ranch seasoning, garlic salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Combine the pasta, ham, and frozen peas in a serving dish.
- Add the dressing and stir until evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors meld and the peas to thaw.
