Peach and Ricotta Bruschetta Recipe
A luxurious Peach and Ricotta Bruschetta recipe which pairs peaches drizzled in honey, with creamy ricotta on toast.
Ingredients
- 8 slices Whole-grain bread
- Olive oil, extra virgin, to taste
- 8 tablespoons Ricotta
- 2 Peaches, sliced
- Honey, to taste
- fresh basil leaves, small to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spray bread slices on both sides with extra virgin olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Toast until lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes (turning halfway through).
- Remove from the oven and let the slices cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread ricotta onto each bread slice.
- Top with sliced peach, and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- You can replace honey with maple or agave syrup.
- For more flavor, add a slice of Italian raw ham.
