Brie and Pomegranate Crostini Recipe
A luxurious Brie and Pomegranate Crostini recipe which pairs crusty bread with a decadent brie and pomegranate topping.
Ingredients
- 1 French Baguette, sliced 1-inch thick
- 8 ounces Brie Cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Pomegranate Seeds
- Basil Leaves, chopped
- Balsamic Glaze, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler in your oven.
- Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each of the bread slices with olive oil.
- Broil for about 3 minutes, until golden brown.
- Flip them over and place a slice of Brie on the top of the toasts.
- Return the baking tray to the oven and broil until the cheese has melted.
- When done, drizzle the crostini with a balsamic glaze, then add pomegranate seeds and fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use whatever type of crusty bread you prefer to make these crostini.
- You can also add raspberries or blueberries to further enhance the flavors.
