Chicken Caprese Recipe
A luxurious Chicken Caprese recipe that pairs marinated cherry tomatoes with a decadent grilled chicken breast.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 8 Mozzarella Balls, quartered
- 12 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Oregano, to taste
- fresh basil leaves, Fresh
- Olive Oil, extra virgin, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a grill to medium-high and season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill each chicken breast for about 5 minutes per side until fully cooked through.
- While the meat is cooking, marinate the tomatoes and cheese balls in a mixing bowl along with some olive oil and oregano.
- Place chicken breasts into a serving dish and spread the tomatoes and mozzarella evenly, drizzling any remaining oil over top.
