A luxurious Chicken Caprese recipe that pairs marinated cherry tomatoes with a decadent grilled chicken breast.

4 Chicken Breasts 8 Mozzarella Balls, quartered 12 Cherry Tomatoes, halved ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder , Salt to taste , Black Pepper to taste Oregano, to taste fresh basil leaves, Fresh Olive Oil, extra virgin, to taste
Preheat a grill to medium-high and season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill each chicken breast for about 5 minutes per side until fully cooked through.
While the meat is cooking, marinate the tomatoes and cheese balls in a mixing bowl along with some olive oil and oregano.
Place chicken breasts into a serving dish and spread the tomatoes and mozzarella evenly, drizzling any remaining oil over top.
