Ingredients
- 2 pounds Chicken Wings
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- Salt, to taste
- White Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, grated
- Vegetable Oil, for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken wing in the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a heavy pot and deep fry the wings for approximately 5 minutes until lightly golden brown.
